Led by professionals with extensive experience in railway engineering, infrastructure development, and major transportation projects, the firm delivers practical, innovative, and sustainable solutions that support the successful planning, delivery, and operation of conventional and high-speed railways, metro, light rail transit (LRT), freight rail, and heritage railway projects.
Our consultancy was established to provide independent, high-quality engineering and management services for railway and transportation infrastructure projects.

We work closely with governments, transport authorities, investors, contractors, consultants, and international funding agencies to deliver practical solutions throughout every stage of the project lifecycle.
Corporate experience – Track Dynamics has already contributed to major railway projects in Saudi Arabia, including the NSR Phosphate Rail projects and the Riyadh Rail Link project.
Founder’s experience – More than 25 years of railway engineering, project management, and executive leadership, culminating in your role as Director General of the Jordan Hijaz Railway Corporation.
International network – Relationships with railway authorities, contractors, consultants, development agencies, and industry professionals across Jordan, Türkiye, the GCC, and beyond.
